Family policies
Photos of your child
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
When to keep your child home
A child with a fever, vomiting or a contagious illness stays home until feeling well. If a child becomes ill at school, we call the family to pick them up.
Drop-off and pickup
Each child is picked up at the door, with a teacher. We hand children over only to the people you listed in writing, and we ask for ID from anyone we do not know.
Late pickup
If you will be late, tell us on WhatsApp or by phone. A teacher stays with your child until you arrive, and afterward we talk calmly about how to avoid it next time. What applies to repeated lateness is explained in writing when you enroll.
Meals, snacks and allergies
The morning snack and the full-day lunch are served at school, and we post the week's menu. If your child has an allergy, tell us at the tour; we ask privately once you enroll.
Closures for weather and holidays
We close on holidays and school-year breaks, and tell you ahead of time on WhatsApp and by email. If there is bad weather or extreme heat, we let you know before you leave home.
Leaving the program
We ask for a month's notice in writing. What happens with the current month is explained when you enroll.
What to wear and bring
Bring a water bottle, a change of clothes in the backpack and closed shoes for the yard. A cap or hat helps on sunny days.
